From birdhouses to shelves Comvita® UMF® Manuka Honey can track its entire history, from birdhouses to display shelves. We work closely with honeybees and beekeepers to produce the highest quality UMF® Manuka honey. From the steep volcanic plateaus of New Zealand's central North Island to the lush hills of the Northland, there are many factors that influence the quality of Manuka honey. Because it is a gift from nature, it is affected by all conditions such as the sun, wind and rain.
